Erin presented a custom Sake tasting in my home for a Japanese-themed dinner event with eleven guests. Erin's professionalism and knowledge completely wowed my guests.  She welcomed questions and answered them all with ease.  Erin served each wine skillfully, providing both cold and warm offerings of the sake.  Erin set a fun, conversational tone that kept the party vibe alive, but still educated us all.  She even dressed the part, wearing her own Japanese yukata and traditional Japanese shoes.  Erin exceeded my expectations for the event.  I highly recommend Erin for your own custom wine tasting experience.
